  • 2 small 2 Spring onions, sliced

  • 4 Tsp 4 Grated ginger

  • 3 3 Garlic cloves, finely chopped

  • 3-4 tsp 3-4 Tamari/soy sauce

  • 1 Tbsp 1 Rice vinegar

  • 2 Tbsp 2 Hoisin sauce

  • 2 Tsp 2 Brown sugar or maple syrup

  • 2 Tbsp 2 Vegetable oil (for frying, e.g., peanut oil)

  • 1 Heaped Tsp 1 Chinese five spice

  • OTHER CONDIMENTS
  • Sliced / to taste Fresh chilli or chilli sauce

  • ½ cucumber ½ English cucumber cut into matchsticks

  • ½ daikon ½ Daikon or turnip cut into matchsticks(1 turnip)
