Brahmi pesto
A delicious pesto with the goodness of the memory-boosting herb brahmi. Raw, vegan, gluten free, oil free.
- 1 cup cashews, soaked overnight and drained
- 1/2 packed cup basil leaves
- 1 cup packed brahmi
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 50 ml water
Combine all ingredients into a high speed blender.
Blend until smooth.
Transfer to a jar and keep refrigerated, will last up to 3 days.
