Brahmi pesto

A delicious pesto with the goodness of the memory-boosting herb brahmi. Raw, vegan, gluten free, oil free.


  • 1 cup cashews, soaked overnight and drained
  • 1/2 packed cup basil leaves
  • 1 cup packed brahmi
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 50 ml water


  • Combine all ingredients into a high speed blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Transfer to a jar and keep refrigerated, will last up to 3 days.
