Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup finely diced golden delicious apple
  • 1/2 cup soy milk
  • 1/4 cup apple sauce
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg

Instructions
 

  • Combine ingredients, mix well and pour into single serving ramekin. Bake at 380 for 30min.
