Coconut Mayonnaise Dressing

A creamy vegan coconut mayonnaise with no oil, no nuts, no dairy and no eggs! Just 4 ingredients to make this easy vegan mayonnaise.

  • 400 ml coconut cream
  • 60 ml lemon juice
  • 5 ml apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt


  • Whisk together all ingredients.
  • Chill until ready to use.
  • Keeps for about 1 week.


To turn this runny mayonnaise dressing into a thicker mayonnaise: chill the can of coconut cream overnight, then carefully scoop out the thick cream that settles at the top of the can. Use the cream only and not the liquid that remains in the can, and follow the directions as above for.
