Fairy Magic Nicecream

Multicoloured VEGAN icecream. Naturally coloured. No added sugar or artificial colours.

Ingredients
  

Pink layer

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/4 small beetroot, peeled

Purple layer

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/3 cup fresh blueberries

Green layer

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/4 tsp tropical flavoured spirulina (or unflavoured spirulina)

Toppings

  • Extra blueberries or other fruit as desired

Instructions
 

  • In a highspeed blender, blend the ingredients for the pink nicecream on the high speed until smooth and creamy. You may add a splash of liquid if needed (coconut milk makes a creamy addition).
  • Scoop the pink nicecream into a bowl and place in the freezer while you repeat the process for the purple and green layers.
  • Remove from the freezer and layer the nicecream into serving dishes.
  • Top with extra fruit and serve immediately.
