Granny Smith apples

bananas

pitted dates

cashews

tsp
cinnamon

spirulina

cup
water
Ice as desired
Instructions
Core the apples and peel the bananas.
Add all ingredients into a high speed blender.
Blend on a high speed for approximately 1 minute, or until all ingredients are broken down.
Serve immediately.
