Apple Spirulina Smoothie

A filling, fruity smoothie, with the goodness of iron-rich spirulina.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Granny Smith apples
  • 2 bananas
  • 1/4 cup pitted dates
  • 1/4 cup cashews
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbs spirulina
  • 1 cup water
  • Ice as desired

Instructions
 

  • Core the apples and peel the bananas.
  • Add all ingredients into a high speed blender.
  • Blend on a high speed for approximately 1 minute, or until all ingredients are broken down.
  • Serve immediately.
