In a high speed blender, process the cashews, coconut and cinnamon until fine.
Add the sultanas and 20ml water and pulse a few times to combine without breaking down the sultanas too much.
Remove mixture from the blender and press into a small dish or onto a plate, to a thickness of 1 inch.
Chill while preparing the next step.
Melt the coconut butter over a hot water bath.
Add 10ml of hot/warm water, if needed, to make the coconut butter into a smooth paste.
Remove the cashew mixture from the fridge.
Slice into 8 squares.
Use a knife to spread the coconut butter into crosses on the "buns".
Serve immediately or chill until ready to eat.
