Watermelon Chips

Sweet snacks, made from 100% watermelon!
  • 2kg watermelon
  1. Cut the watermelon into 5-10mm (1/4") thin slices.
  2. Remove the rind and any black seeds.
  3. Spread the pieces on a mesh dehydrator tray.
  4. Dehydrate for 12 hours - flipping after about 6 hours will help prevent sticking to the mesh.
  5. Store in an airtight container.
