Apple Spirulina Smoothie

A filling, fruity smoothie, with the goodness of iron-rich spirulina.
Ingredients
  • 3 Granny Smith apples
  • 2 bananas
  • ¼ cup pitted dates
  • ¼ cup cashews
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbs spirulina
  • 1 cup water
  • Ice as desired
Instructions
  1. Core the apples and peel the bananas.
  2. Add all ingredients into a high speed blender.
  3. Blend on a high speed for approximately 1 minute, or until all ingredients are broken down.
  4. Serve immediately.
