Brahmi pesto

A delicious pesto with the goodness of the memory-boosting herb brahmi. Raw, vegan, gluten free, oil free.
Ingredients
  • 1 cup cashews, soaked overnight and drained
  • ½ packed cup basil leaves
  • ½ cup packed brahmi
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 50ml water
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients into a high speed blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Transfer to a jar and keep refrigerated, will last up to 3 days.
