Watermelon Nicecream

Ingredients
  • Approx 3 cups frozen deseeded watermelon chunks
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 200ml coconut cream
  • Optional: sweetener to taste
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to your high speed blender.
  2. Blend, using the tamper to push the chunks towards the blades, until smooth and creamy.
  3. Serve immediately.
Notes
Tips for freezing watermelon: make sure you remove all the black seeds before freezing! Freeze in a single layer on a sheet of baking paper so the watermelon doesn't freeze in one big clump. Once frozen, you can pile it all together in a bag/container to save room in the freezer.
