Chocolate Chia Pudding

A creamy breakfast (or dessert) pudding. Vegan, gluten free, no added sugar. Excerpted from "Plant-Based Breakfasts For Kids".
  • 400ml coconut cream
  • 2 tsp stevia
  • 4 tbs cacao powder
  • 4 tbs chia seeds
  1. Combine all ingredients and stir well until all combined.
  2. Leave in the fridge in a covered bowl or jar, at least for an hour (or overnight).
You can use another plant milk instead of coconut cream if desired. Substitute the cacao for 1 tsp vanilla extract for a vanilla pudding.
