Red Blue & White Fruit Pizza

A patriotic fruit pizza with loads of fresh fruit and coconut yoghurt.
  • ¾ inch thick slice of watermelon
  • 150g coconut yoghurt
  • 3 large strawberries
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  1. Slice the watermelon into triangles.
  2. Spread some yoghurt onto the top of each triangle.
  3. Quarter the strawberries, and place on top of the yoghurt along with the blueberries.
  4. Serve immediately or keep chilled for a few hours.
