A minty dairy-free icecream with the goodness of matcha powder. An energising and refreshing dessert!
Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Pour into a shallow freezer-safe container.
  3. Freeze for 1 hour then stir to break up ice crystals.
  4. Continue to freeze and stir at hourly intervals for 4-5 hours, or until fairly frozen.
  5. Scoop out and serve straight away.
Notes
You could mix the ingredients by hand but finely chop the mint first.
