Hey guys! I’m back this weekend with more meal planning inspo for you all. I hope you like what I’ve got planned this week – although apologies for those of you in the northern hemisphere where it’s warm & sunny – you probably aren’t craving bowls of porridge or hot soup like I am :) if you’re in the southern hemisphere like me – this vegan meal plan is probably just what you’re looking for.
Vegan meal plan
If you haven’t been following along with my meal plans, here’s how it works – I like to plan just a few breakfasts & lunches (because most of the time we have our own quick solutions for these day time meals). For dinners, I like to leave a few nights free of planned meals to leave room for spontaneous meals, eating out, or just lazy dinners like baked beans on toast ;)
As the weather is turning colder here, I’m craving hot soups, and so I’ll be making our family favourite: French onion soup with vegan cheese toasts.
