A few months ago I decided to become super organized and allocate a particular area of my life to each day of the week. This was possibly the best idea I’ve ever had, as trying to juggle running two businesses, study, homeschool my kindergartener, occupy the toddler, prepare for baby #3, plus keeping the house in order…well, it’s hard (to say the least!).
- garlic bread
- tofu pot pies (easy lunches for during the week)
- chocolate beetroot cake
- pizza dough, olive tapenade and cashew cheese for tonight’s pizza
