I love meal planning. I love it even more when I don’t have to plan the meals for a whole week myself – something I find hard about being a vegan is that we are part of a minority group, so when searching for pre-made meal plans the vegan options are often quite limiting. Just once it would be nice to have my shopping list and meals planned for a week with minimal effort on my behalf!
