When we moved to Tamworth last winter from sunny Brisbane, I tried to grow my own vegetables but with no luck at all…it was just too cold, and they didn’t grow past the seedling stage.
Winter Greens Salad
Serves 2 adults as a side dish
1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp agave nectar
Sprinkle of pepper and salt
1. Chop the avocado and radishes into small pieces.
2. Mix with kale, spinach and sprouts.
3. Pour over apple cider vinegar, agave nectar and season to taste with pepper and salt, and toss salad again.
4. Enjoy :)
